Booking Conditions

• 25% deposit with booking. Remaining 75% to be paid a minimum of four weeks prior to the start of the rental. If booking within four weeks of the start of the rental period 100% of the cost will be required before the booking is confirmed

• A maximum of 8 people may stay in the Garden Rooms (additionally 2 babies in cots may be accommodated with permission of the owners.

• A returnable damage deposit of £100 is payable in an envelope containing Cash or Cheque on arrival. .It will be returned unopened if there is no significant damage or losses. Please notify us if there has been any damage in order that it can be put right for the next holidaymakers. You will be not be charged for any damage or losses which costs less then £25 to rectify. Any costs over £25 for repairing any damage or replacing any missing or broken items will be charged on departure.

  Strictly No smoking in the building

• Two cots and two high chairs are available free - please bring your own child bedding.

• The rental includes all electricity, gas and water charges.

• The telephone can receive calls free and most outgoing calls to landlines in UK, 30 countries in mainland Europe(check list in property), USA, Australia, New Zealand are also free. All other calls including any calls to mobiles will be charged at cost.

• Rental periods are Saturday to Saturday for weekly rentals. Short breaks are normally Friday to Monday for weekend rentals and Monday to Friday for midweek rentals and may be booked depending upon availability.

• To allow for cleaning and repairs the Garden Rooms must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

• The Garden Rooms is available from 3pm on the day of arrival.

  Pets will be accommodated free with prior permission of the owners – please bring your own feed.

  Horses (Passports essential) welcome.
